Since March 1998, Oregan has been funded by a series of investments from Industrial Technology Securities (ITS), who appointed Jan Berglund as Chairman to the Oregan Networks board of directors.
ITS is a highly respected venture capital fund which encourages and supports technology entrepreneurs in the UK and continental Europe, principally in the rapidly advancing areas of telecommunications, computing, software, multimedia systems and instrumentation.
Oregan has a close banking relationship with NatWest Bank which has financed company's pioneering development initiatives in the Digital Home and Video Over IP markets.
Oregan now maintains a cash positive position, reinvesting revenues from licensing of its technology into R&D and new product development, in order to sustain its reputation as a market leader in the digital entertainment market.
