Oregan Networks, a British software company specialising in Pay TV solutions, announced its acquisition of Zenterio AB assets and the integration of engineering and delivery teams from Linköping, Sweden and Guadalajara, Mexico. The transaction closed on September 24, 2019.
The acquisition strengthens Oregan’s multiscreen platform capabilities and project delivery, while ensuring continuity of support for Zenterio’s existing customers.
